Job Requirements

- With at least 1-2 years of experience as customer service.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding company.

- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations to strengthen customer trust and retention.
- Support streamlined processes that reduce errors and improve overall productivity.
- Deliver excellent customer service to distinguish the warehouse from competitors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
