and monitor Human Resources metrics to identify improvement opportunities.Support talent development initiatives, labor relations, and operational efficiency.Experience with NOM-035 and the Chair Law.RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.Advanced English proficiency.Knowledge of the TRESS system.LocationCastro del Río Industrial Park, Irapuato, Guanajuato
