In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Define and ensure execution of the master production planManage key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, scrap, labor efficiencyEnsure compliance with quality standards and customer requirementsDrive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategiesOptimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materialsCoordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chainLead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issuesPromote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.Support and responsibility for the Quality Management System within the operation.Experience working under ISO ****:**** standards.Ability to effectively coordinate personnel and develop high‐performing teams, with strong delegation and resource management skills.Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.Adaptability to change.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple production lines or machines.For This Role, You Will Need:Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field5 years of experience in similar positions, metalworking and mechanical processes,
