About the Role
We are looking for a Client Management Administrator to join our team. This position is key to ensuring proper operational management of clients within the bank,



with strong cross-functional interaction and exposure to internal stakeholders across different areas, as well as clients (including international clients).
The role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills, as it involves supporting both internal and external clients in critical banking operations processes.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide support for internal and external client requests via phone and email.
- Execute operational client management processes (onboarding, updates, and account closures).
- Update client information (addresses, legal entities, legal representatives).
- Manage validations and documentation (e.g., balance confirmation letters, powers of attorney).
- Set up and maintain information in internal systems.
- Generate and download regulatory reports in accordance with local guidelines (Banxico / SPID).
- Manage client files (both physical and digital), ensuring quality and compliance.
