Support MTC for MRO aircraft by coordinating the procurement, movement, and tracking of aircraft parts and materials.Ensure timely resolution of material shortages through effective planning and coordination.Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and material status updates within SAP.Communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams, distribution warehouses, line stations, MRO facilities, and external suppliers.Manage site-level material shortage activities, including reconciliation and meeting required turnaround deadlines.Source aircraft parts by ordering from available stock, recalling station spares, checking MRO Master inventory, and procuring from OEMs or approved surplus vendors.Oversee the Parts RTA process, Over Cap approvals, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) drop-ship activities, and all Repair Order Board (ROB) actions.Initiate, capture, and submit ROB transactions through the ROB tool.Update Material Shortage Notifications (MSNs)



with current status and coordinate with MRO teams to close shortages upon receipt of materials.Procure aircraft parts and create MSNs when inventory is unavailable.Process Removal/Install transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.Order materials from distribution warehouses and external suppliers in accordance with Service Recovery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage returns of unused inventory ("06 Material") and resolve discrepancies identified in In Transit and Stationary Tracking Reports.Utilize aircraft technical documentation, including IPC, CMM, ER/A, engineering drawings, and service bulletins, to identify alternate part solutions.Validate effectivity, alternate manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), and review FAA Form **** airworthiness tags.Receive and stage AA Kits, Prepull (FK1), and Nonroutine (FK2) inventory.Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training documentation, and quality audits.Coordinate daily with Service Recovery, ASO, Material Planning, and Component Shop support teams.Participate in daily production meetings to identify material constraints and recommend solutions to minimize aircraft turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation.Demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced aircraft maintenance environment.
