The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound communications with clients and customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring accurate information and timely issue resolution.
Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, processing requests, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
