Join us as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decisions for our U.S. headquarters.What You'll Do? Reconcile account balances to ensure a smooth and timely monthly close process.
? Manage income, expenses, and commission tracking for Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other teams.
? Analyze monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet variances, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior U.S. management.
? Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, meeting all reporting deadlines.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support business growth.
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field.
? 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
? Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
? Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
? Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
? Ability to work on-site in Mitikah, Mexico City.
