This role helps organize project-related tasks, maintain documentation, schedule meetings, and track basic progress updates.
The position is focused on assisting and supporting project activities rather than leading or managing projects.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for IT projects.Help organize project timelines, task lists, documentation, budgets, schedules and progress.Update tracking sheets and maintain project files.Schedule meetings, send calendar invitations, prepare agendas, presentations and take minutes when required.Follow up on assigned action items and send reminders.Support communication between IT staff and other departments as instructed by the IT Manager.Assist with organizing vendor information, quotes,



and basic documentation.Prepare simple status summaries when requested and identify potential delays.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.Good communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative or assistant role.Basic familiarity with software/tools (e.G., Trello, Microsoft Project, BaseCamp).
