FactIQ is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Consultant to lead the design and implementation of advanced data-driven solutions in business-critical environments. This role blends technical excellence with a consulting mindset — idóneo for professionals who can guide clients from strategy to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques.
- Own the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.




- Translate complex business challenges into scalable ML strategies and technical architectures.
- Advise both internal teams and clients on best practices for model governance, explainability, fairness, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to data engineering and product teams throughout development and rollout phases.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in machine learning or applied data science roles.
- Strong expertise in ML algorithms and model optimization (regression, classification, clustering, time series, etc.).
- Proven hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and architectures like CNNs, RNNs, or Transformers.
- Proficiency in managing end-to-end ML pipelines, including retraining strategies and MLOps.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, Scikit-learn, cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in ML workflows.
- Prior experience working in consulting environments or on cross-functional teams.
