Responsibilities

- Perform sanity checks on purchase requisitions (quote, price, vendor, market).
- Clarify any doubt working together with Schneider end users.
- Support the end user with fulfillment issues.
- Resolve blocked invoices working together with the vendor, end user and Accounts Payable.
- Collaborate to investigate further about our internal customers and their needs.
- Participate in the P2P Transformation as ambassador of the change.
- Purchase Orders archiving.

Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency 85%.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.




- Customer Service oriented.
- Basic to medium Excel skills.
- Project Management skills.
