As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv's hiring across the Americas.Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including; Software Engineering, Robotics & Autonomous vehicles.Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including: advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.Your RoleManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboardingBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and wider Business stakeholders across AptivSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreachScreen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational cultureConduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluationsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communicationTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisionsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring processYOUR BACKGROUND4+ years recruitment experience ideally within a technical recruitment environment.Bilingual: English and Spanish.Experience recruiting in USA is an advantage.Knowledge of how to maneuver within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
