JLL is seeking an IT Operations Analyst II to serve as a key member of the Network Circuit Management team.The analyst will directly report to the Manager of Global Connectivity Services and will be responsible for optimizing JLL's general infrastructure operations, overseeing data carrier circuits for infrastructure, data center, and office connectivity.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Procure, order, track, coordinate and implement data circuits to enhance JLL's IT network infrastructure and optimize data center operations.Establish strategic partnerships with global teams to ensure regional requirements are met and organizational objectives achieved.Maintain accurate global circuit inventory of all network infrastructure circuits.Conduct systematic audits to identify cost‐effective solutions and optimization opportunities.Provide support for renewal of circuit‐related contracts.Establish robust practices and procedures to optimize the circuit installation process.Perform monthly invoice analysis, validation and approve payments on data invoices.Collaborate with client partners to conduct circuit audits, reconcile billing and expeditiously resolve vendor discrepancies.Create and maintain process documentation for the Circuit Management Team.Keep abreast of emerging technologies and procedures.Mentor and guide team members on advanced training, circuit program methodologies,



client policies and operational procedures.Demonstrate expertise in telecommunications and data communications services, vendor portals, circuit pricing and benchmarking.Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, systems analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
