and product movement across a distributed warehouse network.Strong communication skills and North America time zone alignment are critical for success.Key Responsibilities:Forecast cash flow needs tied to inventory and purchasingIssue purchase orders to manufacturers and vendorsCoordinate shipments between 3PL partners and regional warehousesMonitor stock levels across multiple warehouse locationsAct as the main liaison between sales and operations teamsMaintain accurate inventory reporting and re-order planningWork closely with warehouse partners to prevent stockoutsSoftware/Platforms/Tools:Google Sheets (advanced use)Inventory and order management systemsSlack, Zoom, EmailBasic financial tracking toolsQualifications:3–5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).4–6+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory managementStrong cash flow forecasting and planning skillsComfortable coordinating across multiple external partnersExperience with retail or distributed warehouse networks is a strong plusAvailability aligned with North American business hoursShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours, preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr
