Position OverviewLocation: Mexico City, Mexico.This role is based in Mexico City.Novartis is unable to offer relocation support.Please only apply if you are accessible.In this role, you will play a key part in keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly by shaping how digital batch records and systems support real work on the shop floor.You will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Development teams to design, maintain, and improve electronic manufacturing records that enable reliable, compliant, and efficient production.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and update manufacturing execution system records to reflect site-specific master batch record design changesMaintain master batch record interfaces with laboratory and enterprise planning systemsCommunicate master batch record design changes with integral and local cross-functional stakeholdersProvide real-time production support to resolve master batch record issues or system workaroundsPerform system testing with development, quality, and production teams during manufacturing execution system upgradesSupport internal and external audits by providing system data, records, and subject-matter expertiseEnsure manufacturing execution system records align with validated equipment and cleaning requirementsEssential RequirementsOne to three years of hands-on experience with manufacturing execution systems such as PAS-X as the primary experience if not,
