**Responsibilities**:- Be the strategic, go-to resource for all things Talent Acquisition related.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and execute strategies to build high-performance teams.
- Be knowledgeable about the business and teams, and attend product team meetings and function as a member of assigned technical teams.
- Partner with HR partners, hiring managers and leaders on workforce planning.
- Source and hire for a variety of functional areas with a special focus on engineering and technician positions.
-- Lead calibration meetings with market intelligence and drive decision making after onsite interviews,



guide hiring teams to make the right decisions.
- Keep all business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and reporting.
-**Background**:- Bachelor's Degree- 3+ years of experience in TA, recruiting salary (professional) and executive positions.
