As a key role, this position will be actively involved in identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues, working closely with the support team and engineers to implement strategies aimed at continuous improvement of operational readiness.This includes ensuring proper performance of MP, TPM, uptime, as well as monitoring and improvement of MTTR and MTBF indicators.What The Candidate Will DoDevelop and improve maintenance routines, procedures and technical documentation for the repair of the equipment under their responsibility.Collect, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant and department.Analyze data to identify root causes and propose robust solutions to recurring problems.Monitor and manage parts and tooling inventory for M&E; components and services.Provide specialized support for equipment maintenance issues and work requests.Collaborate with facility engineers and support manufacturing and related departments on projects involving machines and equipmentEducational RequirementsEngineering Degree Control Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
