- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other marketing assets to maximize conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates, and make data-informed adjustments.
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns that directly drive sales volume, including retargeting and upselling strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.




**What We're Looking For**:- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation and sales growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, etc.- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and revenue targets.
