You will help strengthen customer confidence, reduce investigation time, and improve product reliability by delivering accurate field insights, professional technical support, and safe service execution.Your work will contribute directly to faster problem resolution, operational continuity, and continuous improvement across the business.You'll collaborate withCustomer Claims Handling, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and customer teams, taking ownership offield investigations, technical diagnostics, evidence collection, and field reporting, helping us move toward a morecustomer‐focused and operationally excellent future.What You'll Be DoingConduct onsite and remote technical investigations by inspecting installations, operating conditions, interfaces, and product performance using approved diagnostic methods.Perform authorized troubleshooting, testing, repair, adjustment, commissioning,
