**What you'll do**:- HR support will be in the areas of talent acquisition, on-boarding/off-boarding, organizational changes, Labor relations (union conditions) HRIS, employee relations, training, and compensation and benefits.
- Responsible to develop and maintain deep knowledge of all key HR tools, systems and processes.Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance System, Recruiting System, Training & Development system, and other related HR processes and tools.
- Assist employees and leaders with HR related questions, provide employee relations and support for annual performance management, learning and development, employee survey actions as well as other HR projects.
- Look after data integrity and compliance with laws, assists in audits and payroll preparation.
- Manage all events and office activities such as planning wellness activities, employee events, administrative duties and facilities/office space coordination.
**What you'll bring**:- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent work experience in the field- Solid, proven experience in a Human Resources role in Mexico (labor law, payroll, audits, recruitment & HR processes)- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems and proficiency with MS Office programs- Dynamic,
