Role:
Responsible from order forecast and demand changes with customers. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.
What you'll do:
Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due.
Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.
Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor.
Education Required:
Degree Completed in Industrial Engineering or related to a Supply Chain field of choice
Intermediate to advanced conversational English.

Data Gathering & Analysis




Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP (preferably the Sales module).
Knowledge in structuring, updating, and maintaining databases.
Skilled in handling information, data cleansing, advanced queries, and in the use of tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps.
Understanding of techniques and processes for objective data collection and analysis.
Follows proper processes and policies for data gathering and analysis.
Effective Communication
Ability to clearly convey, receive, and interpret information through appropriate communication behaviors.
Delivers oral presentations and prepares written reports relevant to the role.
Top Candidate Profile
Knowledge of supply chain and S&OP;, preferably in demand and order processes, and production demand planning.
Advanced English.
Strong database management skills.
Skilled in process automation and digitalization.
