Managing Director
· Responsible for the effective organization and performance of the actions necessary and related to the functioning of THE EMPLOYER, as defined in the By-laws of THE EMPLOYER.
· Represent the interests of THE EMPLOYER in the territory of the United Mexican States, as well as in the territory of neighbouring countries, in accordance with the instructions of THE EMPLOYER.
