The Role
We are looking for a
Supply Chain Intern
to join our team and help with two important projects:
Organizing and updating technical information
about the materials and supplies we use.
Analyzing how much space we use in our warehouses
, and helping us build a dashboard that shows how full they are and when we might run out of space.
? This is a great opportunity to learn how a supply chain works from the inside and to work on real projects that have a direct impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update technical data sheets for materials and supplies
Standardize formats and organize all documentation into a central repository
Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams to validate the information
Collect and clean warehouse occupancy data (past and current)
Calculate space usage projections and identify potential risks




Suggest alert systems for warehouse overcapacity
Build and maintain a simple dashboard using Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
Who You Are
You are a proactive, organized, and curious student who wants to learn more about how supply chains work. You enjoy working with data and documentation and want to make a real contribution to your team.
You are:
Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree in
Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain
, or
Business Administration
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable using
Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, charts; macros is a plus)
Familiar with or interested in tools like
Power BI, Tableau
, or
Google Data Studio
Analytical, a good communicator, and eager to learn
Intermediate level of English (mainly for reading documentation)
