This
role
is

a
strategic
HR
professional
with
a
strong
corporate
background
—
preferably
in
accounting
or
financial
services
—and
fluent
English
skills
.
The
HRBP
will
serve as a
trusted
advisor
to
leadership
,
aligning
HR
strategies
with
business
goals
and
fostering
a
high
-performance culture.
Key
Responsibilities
Partner
with
business
leaders
to
develop
and
implement
HR
strategies
that
support
organizational
objectives
.
Lead
talent
acquisition
,
onboarding
, and
employee
development
initiatives
.
Analyze
HR
metrics
and
provide
insights
to
drive
continuous
improvement
.
Support performance
management
,
succession
planning
, and
employee
engagement
programs
.
Ensure
compliance
with
Mexican
labor
laws
and
internal
policies
.
Knowledge of US labor laws is a plus.
Manage
employee
relations
and
provide
guidance
on




conflict
resolution
.
Contribute
to
organizational
change
and
transformation
projects
.
Requirements
Bachelor's
degree
in Human
Resources
, Business
Administration
,
Psychology
,
or
related
field
.
Minimum
5
years
of
corporate
HR
experience
,
ideally
within
the
accounting
or
financial
services
sector
Proven experience applying
People Analytics
to support strategic decision-making in talent management.
Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
Strong capability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Fluent
