Role Overview
We are seeking a
Jr - Mid Level Recruiter
to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for
sourcing and recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the US market
, ensuring we identify candidates who are highly motivated, skilled in sales outreach, and fluent in English.

1–3 years of recruiting experience
, with proven skills in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach. You should be passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
candidates for US-based clients.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals,



and other tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
Conduct initial interviews to assess
English level, sales potential, and cultural fit
.
Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of recruiting experience
, ideally in sourcing
sales or customer-facing roles
for the US market.
Knowledge of
sales role profiles
, particularly SDRs.
Strong sourcing skills using
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, job boards, and social media
.
Advanced English (verbal & written) – able to conduct interviews confidently.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time.
Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven personality.
