About the role
This isn't your typical
Senior FP&A; Manager
position. We're looking for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, navigate ambiguity, and help build smarter ways of working through data. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to connect the dots between performance, operations, and strategy. Whether it's crafting a dashboard, deep-diving into business unit results, or supporting leadership with forecasts and recommendations, your insights will directly shape the way we grow.
We value curiosity over perfection and flexibility over rigid expertise — if you're someone who can learn fast, adapt quickly, and turn numbers into narratives, you'll thrive here.
You'll fit in if you...
Love turning chaos into clarity through data
Thrive in dynamic, evolving environments (think: startup energy with structure starting to form)
Are just as comfortable building dashboards as you are asking "why" five times
Want to make an impact, not just analyze from the sidelines
Can balance sharp analysis with scrappy execution
What you'll do:
Provide strategic financial insights to mid-level leadership and support financial decision-making processes.
Supervise and guide the Financial Planning & Analysis team to ensure efficient performance and continuous skill development.
Promote financial rigor in reporting and analysis activities.
Assist in the creation and enhancement of decision support models, methodologies, and reporting processes.
Support the alignment of key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, and measures with organizational goals.
Oversee and coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes within specific business units and divisions.
Prepare and assist in executive-level reviews as needed.
Identify deviations from financial plans and propose corrective actions.
Assist in quantifying costs and expected benefits for critical growth investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and pursue opportunities.
Support efforts to achieve EBITDA, ROIC, and other financial targets.
Contribute to ERP implementation efforts to ensure the availability of critical operational and financial information.
What we're looking for:
Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in business finance with emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
Demonstrated experience creating and building a continuous improvement culture.
Experience providing clear and concise reporting and analysis.
Ideally, experience in an international, publicly traded company
Ideally, experience in a similar industry (manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, food & beverage)
Experience using Microsoft AX, Microsoft D365, Adaptive Workday, Power BI, Alteryx or similar software
