Purpose and Overview
The Content Reviewer is responsible for providing media evaluation expertise, consultation, and project assistance regarding the improvement, development, and quality of the Envato Elements Library. This role has a specific emphasis on evaluating Photo, Video and Motion Graphics for execution, style, commercial appeal, and technical requirements.
Responsibilities and Objectives
•
Review and Analysis of photo, video and motion graphics content for Envato Elements (around 2,000 items per day in video and 1,000 in motion graphics).
•
Content curation and support over special projects, assigned by the Team Lead.
•
Choose motion graphics items for elements monthly feature items.
•
Review and Analysis of new authors.
•
Data gathering for reports.
•
Report anomalies.




•
Assistance and support to new team members in managing the operation process.
Required Technical Skills/ Experience
•
Audiovisual arts, multimedia, film, communications or photography studies.
•
At least 2+ years of experience in the photography, video, or stock imagery industry.
•
Understanding of photography, video, and film: formats, codecs, and standards.
•
Solid understanding of composition, lighting, photo/video editing, photo/video manipulation, and compositing techniques.
•
Strong knowledge of motion graphics and VFX execution Strong working knowledge of photo & video software (Adobe PS, Adobe LR, Affinity Photo, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Apple Motion, Final Cut Pro) and DaVinci Resolve.
•
Strong ability to identify high-quality assets.
•
Strong ability to independently liaise with team members to make informed and accurate decisions.
•
Editorial, IP, and copyright knowledge.
•
Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
