Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our additive products, developing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the additive market in Mexico.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, providing feedback to the management team.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, demonstrating the benefits of our products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.




Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the chemical or additives industry.
Strong technical knowledge of additive products, particularly defoamers and foam control agents.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
