DESCRIPTION
Project Management
Ensure the expected Gross Performance and Project Result on the assigned projects
Ensure hours booking on SAP for all the team, on time and on appropriate projects, as well
its
regular monitoring to avoid automatically approvals by the system.
Preparation and management of the billing of the projects with those involved.
Implement and develop the necessary project control activities. Project control includes quotes, constant revision of costs, taking the necessary measures to reduce costs and authorized extra hours that impact the invoicing of projects.
Establish effective and reliable communication for good collaboration.
Staff administration (filling in corresponding formats, evaluations,
authorizations, etc.) and generating correct profiles according to projects needs
Claim management
Support the CAD Team on activities related to the development, such as but not limited to lessons learned, DFMEA and escalation process when necessary
Ensure the design reviews of the critical projects, handling the meeting minutes and follow up actions
Provide trainings to the team members when applicable
Conduct research on new technologies or trends
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related
Experience
as
Project Manager
+5 years experience on product development, focused on body engineering commodities (int /
ext
/ BIW) in the Automotive Industry
+1
years
Technical
/
financial
and
commercial
experience
in
automotive
projects
Knowledge of CATIA V5
Knowledge
in
Quality Tools
Fluent
English
German is a plus
