Lead Performance Analytics Specialist – ServiceNow ITSM
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Performance Analytics professional to take charge of configuring and designing ServiceNow ITSM applications. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing performance, scripting, and automating workflows within ServiceNow, enabling efficient business processes and insightful data analysis. Responsibilities:
Hands-on configuration and design of ServiceNow ITSM applications.
Develop performance analytics, scripting, and business rules to enhance system capabilities.
Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow design and automation.
Analyze data, generate reports, and create visualizations for business insights.
Optimize ServiceNow performance and facilitate seamless integrations with automation scenarios.
Support continuous improvement of processes through performance metrics and analytics.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow,



specifically in IT Service Management.
Proven expertise in Performance Analytics configuration, scripting, and business rules.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.
Experience in ServiceNow reporting, data analysis, and visualization.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow performance optimization and integrations.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in advanced automation, scripting, or additional ServiceNow modules.
