Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications, including Epics, Features, and Stories.
- Decompose complex business models, identify critical functions, and define interdependencies to support effective solution design.
- Understand the product and its processes within the business cycle to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct testing practices (e.g., User Acceptance Testing - UAT) to verify that solutions meet business requirements and resolve defined problems.
- Review and prioritize the Agile Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies and sequencing of technical functionality.
- Participate in team demos and review completed user stories for acceptance.
- Manage and negotiate with challenging stakeholders during elicitation sessions and throughout the development lifecycle with moderate supervision.
- Engage in process modeling using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
