Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Planner Scheduler_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._- Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, Planner Scheduler role involves_ being responsible for supporting materials and production functions.What a typical day looks like:- _ Leads order processing activities for major customer units._- _ Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests._- _ Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution._- _ Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals._- _ Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs._- _ Coordinates and manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues._- _ Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management._- _ Plan,



schedule, coordinate and approve product releases to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability._- _ Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customer and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions._- _ May also support supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS degree._- _ MRP system knowledge._- _ Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry._- _ Demonstrates data analysis knowledge._- _ Advanced Excel._- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference._- _ Intermediate/ fluent English level._- _ Rapid Response/Kinaxis is a plus!
