The Director, Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of plant operations, including manufacturing, materials, quality, and continuous improvement.This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the facility.The position leads cross‐functional teams, establishes operational strategy, and ensures alignment with company goals and performance targets.Key Accountabilities IncludeLead and oversee all plant operations including manufacturing, materials management, and support functionsDevelop and execute operational plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, productivity, waste reduction) across the plantEnsure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., QSR, safety, environmental)Lead workforce planning, talent development, and labor management across departmentsManage inventory, capacity planning,
