Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic IT projects within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role aims to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with
the organization's strategic objectives. It requires strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience running ERP/MRP
projects is a plus.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, commercial, outside vendor) across different sites.
Monitor project progress, risks, and resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Establish governance structures and define clear roles for effective project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks while promoting preventive actions and continuous improvement.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Implement and enhance project management processes using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
Support strategic initiatives including new product introductions and process optimization.




Prepare executive reports and project summaries for leadership review.
Promote collaboration, communication, and alignment among site teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
Strategic project management in multi-site and high-volume manufacturing environments.
Comprehensive management of strategic projects in multi-site manufacturing environments, including planning,
execution, schedule control, budgeting, and results tracking.
Cross-functional team coordination and effective communication with local and integral stakeholders to ensure alignment running ERP projects.
