As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance and business operations. You will manage investigations, documentation, and regulatory processes while contributing to efficient project execution and ensuring adherence to trade and compliance requirements across the organization.

You will be part of the Trade Compliance function, supporting regulatory, contractual, and operational activities across the business.
Your responsibilities
Conduct investigations and compliance analysis
Develop solutions to operational and compliance-related issues
Support and administer large business projects
Manage contract administration activities
Coordinate regulatory clearances and approvals
Prepare, edit, and format compliance documentation
Maintain accurate data entry and document archiving
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance
What you bring
Experience in trade compliance, regulatory, or analytical roles
Strong investigation and problem-solving skills




Ability to manage multiple administrative and project tasks
Knowledge of contract and regulatory processes
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
