Descripción genérica del puesto
Asegurar una veracidad de inventario en el Sistema de JDE del área de almacén al 100%.
Coordinar y tener un control establecido para recibo y distribución de órdenes de compra nacionales y americanas, así como la información adecuada para su pago por el Departamento de Contabilidad.
Responsabilidades:
· Coordinar las actividades del área, de Recibos y Embarques, así como al personal a cargo
· (Almacenistas de Recibo)




· Coordinar los movimientos y transacciones en el sistema de JDE relacionados en recibir la materia prima y MRO
· Coordinar y Ejecutar los movimientos y transacciones en el sistema de JDE relacionados al embarque de producto terminado.
· Recibo de todos los materiales y servicios hechos para TJ. /
Requerimientos básicos:
1.- Dar seguimiento al Procedimiento de Recibo y Embarques.
2.- Recibir en sistema todas las órdenes de compra locales.
3.- Entrega de materiales urgentes a su área respectiva.
Requirimientos deseables:
• Sistema Kanban, 5 S 's.
• Conocer sistemas de control y de manejo de inventarios.
• Tener habilidad en sistemas de cómputo, así como detectar errores y discrepancias en áreas de almacén y en proceso.
• Contar con licencia de montacargas.
• Preparatoria.
• Disponibilidad de Horario.
• Habilidad numérica.
Competencias requeridas:
· Cumplimiento de medidas de seguridad del equipo y/o maquinaria
· Rápido Aprendizaje
· Trabajo en Equipo
