US Insurance Claims Trainee program

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in job positions providing Customer Service to internal/external customers
Auto claims experience is not required; however, insurance related work experience is required.
If you're a current employee in GGA Solutions, at least 6 months as an Insurance Service Agent is required, plus availability to work on site.
Language Skills:
Proficient English is required.




Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Advanced mathematical skills as it relates to the position.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of financial, legal and technical information.
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
