Supervisar todas las funciones relacionadas con las áreas de Almacén, Recibos y Embarques.
Responsabilidades:
Supervisar la recepción de materia prima, productos terminados, y suministros de manufactura, equipo para las
Diferentes operaciones.
Supervisar un adecuado abastecimiento de materiales a tiempo a línea(s) de producción a través de sistema Kanban ó programas de Producción.
Supervisar que se mantenga una exactitud de inventario a un 98% en el almacén de materia prima.
Supervisar manejo, flujo y control de materiales recibidos y enviados.
Análisis de reportes de transacción de inventarios.
Coordinar los embarques normales y urgentes.
Mantener montacargas y equipo de manejo de materiales en buenas condiciones.
Mantener el control de todos los trailers de la Planta.
Aplicar y seguir los procedimientos actuales de funciones de almacén, Recibos y Embarques.
Mantener control de inventario de ubicación de Almacén, Recibos y Embarques.
Dar seguimiento al Programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo de todo el equipo en el Área de almacén,
Recibos y Embarques (montacargas, básculas, etc.).




Requirimientos basicos:
Supervisar personal en el manejo adecuado, control y flujo de material, y documentación, como listas de Surtidos, recibos, órdenes expeditas, órdenes de compra, facturas, etc.
Analizar reportes diarios de materiales almacenados, surtidos, recibidos y embarcados, haciendo los ajustes y recomendaciones necesarias.
Coordinar embarques, empaques, etiquetado de mercancías.
Asegurarse de que se lleve a cabo la práctica de buen orden y limpieza (piso, pasillos, áreas de carga y descarga, etc.).
Entrenar a todo el personal de almacén, Recibos y Embarques para dar seguimiento a procedimientos, reglas de
seguridad, etc.
Generar todos los reportes solicitados por inventarios, en áreas de almacén, Recibos y embarques etc.
Requirimientos deseables:
Experiencia en montacargas.
Experiencia en Control de Producción e Inventarios.
Experiencia en Control de Tráfico y Materiales.
Capacidad de supervisión de personal.
Preparatoria o equivalente.
Sistema Kanban, 5 S 's.
Conocer sistemas de control y de manejo de inventarios.
Tener habilidad en sistemas de cómputo, así como detectar errores y discrepancias en áreas de almacén
Recibos y Embarques asi como en el proceso de área de producción.
Disponibilidad de Horario.
Habilidad numérica.
Competencias requeridas:
Cumplimiento de medidas de seguridad del equipo y/o maquinaria
