Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and workplace‐related inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
Support daily workplace operations to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming office environment.
Coordinate office services, supplies, deliveries, workplace maintenance requests, and general operational needs.
Maintain workplace appearance and functionality of conference rooms, shared spaces, workplace equipment, and overall office at the highest standards.
Coordinate and implement workplace snack, beverage, and catering programs with high‐quality offerings and strong attention to employee experience.
Partner with building management, workplace operators, and vendors to address operational issues, maintenance requests, security concerns, and workplace escalations.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships while following company procurement and operational processes.
Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs to proactively identify and resolve workplace concerns.
Support workplace safety initiatives, emergency procedures, incident response, and required workplace compliance standards.
Assist with onboarding logistics, visitor coordination, badge access requests, seating support, and workplace readiness for employees and guests.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with Finance, IT, People, Security, and other internal teams to support workplace operations and employee needs.
Support workplace invoices, operational documentation, expense tracking, and administrative reporting as needed.
Organize and support onsite employee events, meetings, celebrations, engagement activities, and company programs.
Assist with workplace communications and operational updates to employees when appropriate.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements, efficiencies, and enhanced employee experiences across the workplace.




Provide basic Level I/II onsite support for common workplace and employee technology issues, including conference room systems, monitors, docking stations, printers, Wi‐Fi connectivity, and peripheral devices.
Assist employees with basic troubleshooting and coordinate escalations with internal IT teams and external support partners when necessary.
Support workplace technology readiness for meetings, events, onboarding, and daily office operations.
Partner with IT to help maintain workplace equipment inventory, device coordination, and overall workplace technology functionality.
Assist with conference room technology testing and meeting support to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Qualifications
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
3+ years of experience supporting workplace operations, office administration, facilities coordination, hospitality, or similar operational environments.
Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with strong relationship‐building abilities.
High level of resourcefulness, initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, and operational logistics (preferred).




Comfortable providing basic technical troubleshooting and workplace technology support.
Experience supporting conference room technology, AV systems, workplace hardware, or employee technology requests (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and workplace collaboration tools.
Work Hours and Overtime
This is an onsite position requiring regular attendance within the workplace.
Working hours may fluctuate based on business needs, events, operational support requirements, or emergency situations.
Occasional overtime or after‐hours support may be required on a pre‐approved, as‐needed basis.
