Summary:
Our client, a general producer of high-performance thermoplastic materials, is expanding their international footprint by launching a new operation in Mexico. They are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Sales Manager with deep roots in the plastics sector and expertise in engineering polymer solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Drive and manage direct sales strategies across the Mexican market.
Identify new commercial opportunities and grow existing client partnerships.
Cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with key OEM's.
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact within the region.
Collaborate cross-functionally with international technical, sales and R&D; divisions.
Play a central role in scaling and establishing the new regional entity.
Requirements:
Established track record in polymer materials, particularly within high-performance engineering plastics.




Deep knowledge of the local industrial landscape across target sectors (e.g. automotive, industrial, electrical/electronics).
Proven capability in technical business development, account acquisition and revenue growth.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of operating autonomously.
Strong negotiation tactics alongside exceptional interpersonal skills.
Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Availability for domestic travel across Mexico.
