Key Responsibilities:
Support with execution of the current process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Define and implement future strategy after analyzing sales and cost to serve in current process
Oversee and manage the end-to-end process for drop shipments and exports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize trade operations and enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, customer service.
Communicates with multiple areas Logistics, Forwarders, customers, Commercial area and trade.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on trade performance and project progress.
Manage project timelines, budgets,



and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trade and project activities.
Ensure compliance with LATAM trade regulations and company policies.
Provide training and support to team members on trade and project management best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in trade analysis, project management, and logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
In-depth understanding of integral trade practices and regulations.
Familiarity with supply chain management principles and logistics.
Awareness of economic trends and their impact on trade.
Advanced data analysis and interpretation.
Effective project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Proficient in using project management and data analysis software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
