Senior Lean Practitioner – Manufacturing Focus (Mexico-based)
We are seeking an experienced, Mexico-based Senior Lean Practitioner for a 6-12 month contract engagement. This senior-level role requires deep manufacturing credibility and the ability to operate independently while driving significant operational improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end lean transformations in manufacturing environments, applying advanced lean principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance overall performance.
Independently diagnosing complex production processes, conducting value stream mapping, implementing standard work, and deploying continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing expert guidance on quality systems integration and standard work deployment to achieve sustainable gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
Facilitating Kaizen events, problem-solving sessions, and cross-functional teams with minimal oversight.




Delivering measurable results through data-driven analysis and hands-on coaching of site leadership and frontline teams.
Idóneo candidate profile:
Proven track record of strong manufacturing credibility, with substantial hands-on experience in high-volume or complex production settings.
Advanced expertise in lean tools and methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, TPM, SMED, visual management, and standardized work).
Experience in quality management systems and effective standard work rollout is highly preferred.
Self-starter capable of autonomous project leadership and stakeholder management across all levels.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective collaboration in Mexico-based operations.
This is a contract position (6-12 months) offering the opportunity to make immediate, high-impact contributions in a dynamic manufacturing context.
