Finance team:
We are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate (3–5 years of experience) with a strong investment banking, private credit, private equity, or similar background.
This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility, and highly hands-on role. The Associate will be deeply involved in the A-to-Z execution of debt and equity transactions (public and private markets), as well as corporate development initiatives and day-to-day investor-facing activities.
You will work directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders including integral investment banks, institutional investors, rating agencies, and legal counsel.
Challenges that await you:
1. Capital Markets Execution (Debt & Equity)
Support full lifecycle execution of structured debt facilities, securitizations, private equity rounds, and public markets transactions.
Coordinate with banks, investors, lawyers, auditors, and internal teams.
Manage data rooms and due diligence processes.
Draft and review transaction materials, term sheets, and documentation.
Track transaction timelines and ensure execution discipline.
2. Financial Modeling & Analysis
Build and maintain integrated financial models.
Develop portfolio performance, funding, and scenario models.
Perform valuation analyses and sensitivity scenarios.
Support equity and strategic transaction modeling.
3. Corporate Development
Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A; opportunities.
Conduct financial and commercial analysis.
Prepare investment committee materials.
Support negotiations and transaction structuring.

Investor Relations & Board Support
Prepare board materials and investor presentations.
Support monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
Draft investor communications and updates.
Respond to investor diligence requests accurately and efficiently.
5. Operational & Strategic Support
Maintain key trackers (cap table, funding pipeline, covenants, drawdowns).
Coordinate cross-functional inputs (finance, risk, legal, treasury).
Ensure documentation and reporting discipline across facilities.
What makes you a great fit:
3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A;, ECM, DCM, LevFin preferred), Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel mandatory).
Experience working on live transactions.
High ownership and accountability mentality
