This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Business Analyst in Mexico.
As a Technical Product Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business, product, and technology to deliver scalable solutions across multiple platforms. You will analyze workflows, define functional and technical requirements, and ensure product enhancements meet both customer and organizational needs. Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and product leadership, you will support solution design, implementation, and post-launch maintenance. This role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning while operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will also manage product support inquiries, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute insights to inform strategic decisions. The position allows you to work remotely within a collaborative and highly motivated team, leveraging modern tools and methodologies to drive impact.
Accountabilities:
Conduct thorough business and technical analysis across products and accelerators.
Translate product direction into clear functional and technical requirements.
Support development efforts by clarifying requirements and validating completed work.
Own product support inquiries, diagnosing and resolving issues with configurations, data, and system behavior.
Identify recurring patterns and usage gaps to recommend actionable product enhancements.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to validate feasibility, dependencies,



and solution approaches.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on product functionality and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology environments.
Experience supporting technology or platform implementation projects.
Proven ability to independently lead requirements gathering and solution definition.
Hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flows, Permission Sets, Data Modeling, and platform administration.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
Experience performing administrative tasks such as data migration, SOQL queries, report/dashboard creation, and managed package installation.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to perform gap analysis and partner with designers to ensure functional requirements align with design systems.
Preferred: finance/accounting experience, association-management technology familiarity, Salesforce certifications, and wireframing experience.
