We are creative Visual Content Designer to join the Corporate Marketing Team. This role supports both corporate and community-level marketing initiatives across digital, social, and print platforms. Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Design
Design creative assets for social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising
Create platform-optimized social graphics aligned with current trends
Support campaign concepting and visual storytelling
Print & Marketing Collateral
Develop brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and sales materials
Produce event and community marketing materials
Prepare press-ready files for print production
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Support marketing needs for communities nationwide
Maintain and enforce brand standards
Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines
Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience designing for social media platforms




Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to collaborate and incorporate feedback
Preferred
Experience in senior living or healthcare marketing
Knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics
Motion graphics or video editing experience
