Marketing Specialist for IVD
, you will be responsible of:
Supporting the promotion, positioning, training, and market development of Mindray's In Vitro Diagnostics portfolio, including Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Flow Cytometry, Microbiology, and related laboratory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned IVD product lines.
Support product launches and go-to-market activities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs,



and industry developments.
Prepare and adapt promotional materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
Deliver product and technical training to distributors, sales teams, and end users.
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), laboratories, and hospitals.
Support workshops, seminars, congresses, and academic activities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the IVD industry. Hematology, Coagulation, and/or Urinalysis preferred. Product, marketing, applications, or technical support is valued.
Willingness to travel frequently.
English: Proficiency is required.
