Experience in Leading and drives solution discussions both with business and other IT personnelnn3\. Experience in designing and developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAPnn4\. Manage OS/DB/Platform/Cloud migrations, with experience in at least 2 to 3 projectsnn5\. Full life-cycle SAP implementations experience using a recognized methodology.nn6\. Provide expertise in SAP Business Suite (ERP, SRM, CRM, PLM, APO), NetWeaver stack (AS-Java), and BOBJ administration, including performance management, client/system refreshes, and other Basis tasksnn7\. Aadvise customers on the optimal and efficient execution of SAP migrations, implementations, and operations on Public/Private Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)nn8\. Experience with Azure or other Hyperscalers and any related certificationsnn10.Provide high-level DBA and SAP Basis support for HANA DB, including implementation, upgrade, administration, operations, and performance managementnn11\. Installing and configuring SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, SAP CPI, Cloud Connector, Solution Manager, and Data Hub solutions within major cloud IaaS platformsnn12\. Strong knowledge on S4/HANA, Fiori, and Integration between SAP u**** non-SAP systemsnn13\. Tuning SAP performance and optimizing system performance for SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA databases, and cloud-based environmentsnn14\. Understanding End2End processes and provide recommendations for possible improvementsnn15\. Supporting technical architecture and development teams in their development tasks and solutions to meet the needs of the customers with Migrations and Upgradesnn16\. Ability to lead discussions, present ideas and complex technical content to audiences of all sizes, and interact with client management and users from multiple countriesnn17\. Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance,



design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.).nn18\. Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.nn19\. Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.nn20\.
