We are seeking professionals capable of independently designing complex welding fixtures for robotic welding cells in the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities- Design welding fixtures using Siemens NX (Unigraphics).- Develop fixture concepts for BIW assemblies.- Define locating pins, supports,



clamps and locating features to ensure dimensional accuracy.- Apply GD&T; principles to guarantee manufacturing tolerances.- Design fixtures capable of holding multiple sheet metal components during robotic welding operations.- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.- Interpret customer drawings and technical documentation in English.Mandatory Requirements✔️ 5+ years designing Welding Fixtures in Siemens NX.✔️ Proven experience in BIW (Body-in-White) projects.✔️ Strong knowledge of locating pins, clamps, supports and fixture design methodology.✔️ Experience supporting robotic welding cells.✔️ Advanced technical English for reading engineering drawings and specifications.✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred BackgroundExperience in automotive companiesIf your experience matches the requirements above, we'd love to hear from you.Please send your CV to: [email protected]
