HERNAGUI Advanced Development is looking for an experienced Intermediate Automotive Controls engineer with experience on OMRON PLCS and preferently experience working with HONDA that has a drive to advance their career to the next level. An idóneo candidate will be a Controls engineer that has a proven track record with Automotive projects.

Job Description:

- PLC programming of process assembly equipment
- Building our customer relationships
- Timesheet and Expense approvals
- Assist with electrical and software design when required.
- Start-up, debug and troubleshooting of robotic automation equipment at the Build Shop and customer's site.
- Throughput enhancement at customer's site.

Qualification and Experience:

- Intermediate Controls Engineer 3+ years
- Thorough knowledge of PLC, HMI and Robotic integration utilizing Omron PLCS and controls hardware/software.
- Commissioning of motion devices such as Servo, VFD, Soft Starters
- Extensive commissioning experience.
- Hardware and Software design experience.
- Stellantis, Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Tier 1, GM GCCS2,



GCCH1 certification is an asset
- Experience working with HONDA
- Experience working with TSLA Standards
- Experience on TIA Portal (Siemens)
- Safety Commissioning
- Position requires travel to customer's locations.

Requirements:

- up to 90% Travel required
- Valid North American Passport (Can, US, Mex)
- Degree or cedula (MEX)
- Proficient English Required* (Conversational)
- Experience working with OMRON PLCs and HONDA experience
- Experience working with TSLA Standards
- Experience on TIA Portal (Siemens)

· Eligible for a TN Visa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
