Job Description

The Product Owner is responsible for defining and guiding the product's vision and ensuring it delivers value to both the business and its customers. This role acts as the main link between business stakeholders, customers, and IT development team by managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog, ensuring transparency, and clearly communicating the Product Goal. The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the Scrum team, making informed decisions that guide the product's direction and ensure all deliverables are aligned with organizational strategy and customer needs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Information technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project management or product owner role.
Certifications: Scrum Agile certification desired, AWS certification desired, Professional Scrum Product Owner desired, Certified Scrum Product owner desired.

Create, maintain and clearly communicate Product goal
Manage Product backlog by creating, ordering and refining backlog items
Allocate development resources to Product backlog to optimize workload distribution and development execution




Ensure that scrum team time and efforts are used efficiently safeguarding productivity and making necessary adjustments to continuously improve
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with organizational strategy ing strong critical thinking, going beyond requirement gathering by challenging assumptions, proposing optimized solutions
Define product level roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders to shape the organizational development roadmap, ensuring tools and solutions interconnect strategically
