POSCO International E-Mobility México is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse / EHS Specialist to support our Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental programs within our automotive manufacturing operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and occupational health support to employees.
- Manage occupational health records and IMSS documentation.
- Support safety inspections, accident investigations, and emergency response activities.
- Coordinate health campaigns, employee training, and environmental compliance initiatives.
- Assist with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 activities and EHS documentation.
Requirements
Education
- Nursing Degree, Technical Nursing, or Paramedic certification.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Occupational Health, EHS, or Industrial Nursing.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge
- IMSS, STPS and SEMARNAT regulations.
- ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Emergency response and first aid.
- Occupational health and workplace safety.
Languages
- Intermediate English preferred.
Work Schedule: Rotating 4x3 schedule (12-hour shifts).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15,000.00 per month
